no saw, but less whistle

the whistle seems to be the only melody, so either darken it up a bit or have its placement a little more scarce, i wouldn't use saw synth on this though, this seems to be more of a resident evil kinda track, the whistle sound is fine, just "minor" it up a bit, or cut some parts

this is a 9-5 for me

the whole song basically sounds disharmonious, I dont hear any relationship between the different lead parts, the drum track was ok, nothing above average, there could be something here, but make it sound like its got somewhere to go next time

6/10 for some fat lead sounds
2/5 for no harmony

Just finished with Violence Lounge, id rather hear this, although ill disagree with piano players review here, i think if you stick some more riffs, fills, this can be pretty good

its still pretty raw as of now though

6/10 for some fast parts at the end
2/5 for now

it is.. nice

i felt it was a little repetitive in some parts, the pitch bend was used nicely in some later parts, then overused some parts, overall was ok, the end was pretty disharmonious, question though

what patch did you use on reason? or did you use bandstand?

ive been looking for a decent sitar sound on reason

some well processed drum tracks! good stuff, just would like to hear the synth and bass parts come out a little more, feels a little overpowered by the drums to me, fantastic song though, great job with the drum filters too!

great piano playing, etc. good melody variation, the important thing, careful with the distortion, takes away alot from the song

is this something that happens when you use keys in FL? Ive been reviewing a lot of things with keys that just sounds distorted

Actually I didnt really like the sound of FL keys, not of them sound even right sadly. So yeah it makes this weird distortion sound. I'll try to find some way to fix that :P.

i found no structure, not even an abstract one, seems like something you just threw together in a couple of minutes, overall not enough things enjoyable to listen for, just a few nice chords, my c.c: don't overpower the melody with crazy fx

This would be good for a flash-game, sounds really cool through the whole song, virtually no complaints except for the drum track feeling a little cheesy (i dont know if its that or the bass), but awesome key-breaks etc. professionally done

As for the drum track sounding cheesy.. Well, I tried to make it fairly rhythmic. If you want something more "pulsepounding" then wait for my next song.. I'll be uploading an early demo soon, so check back often. :P

this is a great song for not only being first-time, just overall its just good, just dont understand why this is only 1.52 rated? it deserves at least a 3 right now,
